Carnival Cruise Line is replacing its traditional Cruise Elegant evening with a White Hot Night on select three- and four-night sailings, according to a new clarification from Carnival Brand Ambassador John Heald reported Tuesday. The change is not fleetwide and does not eliminate Elegant Night across Carnival’s schedule.
Carnival’s current official guidance still says shorter cruises may include a Cruise Elegant evening, while its White Hot Night page confirms the themed party is now offered on select short cruises in addition to longer sailings. Guests booked on affected voyages are expected to receive advance notice when White Night replaces Elegant Night.
The change is likely to draw strong interest because dress-code and formal-night policies are among the most frequently discussed topics among Carnival passengers, especially on weekend and short getaway cruises. Carnival has not published a ship-by-ship list of affected sailings.
