Norwegian Cruise Line has updated its Free at Sea promotion so specialty dining is now available across the stateroom rather than being limited to the first two guests. NCL’s current FAQ says Free at Sea includes specialty dining for all guests in the stateroom, while its Aug. 26 promotional terms state that all guests in a stateroom must choose the same offer. The change is especially meaningful for families and groups traveling three or more to a cabin, because it broadens one of Free at Sea’s most valuable onboard perks.
The number of included specialty dining meals still varies by cruise length: one meal on 2–4-night cruises, two on 5–6-night cruises, three on 7–8-night cruises, and four on sailings of 9 nights or longer.
