Princess Cruises has raised the cost of shipping its wearable Medallion devices to guests before their cruise, according to reporting from Cruise Fever and subsequent coverage. The new charge is $22 per order in the United States and $27 per order in Canada, effective August 20, 2026. Guests can still avoid the home-delivery fee by collecting their Medallions at the cruise terminal.
The increase is notable because Princess had already raised the U.S. shipping charge earlier in 2026. For cruisers who prefer to arrive with their Medallions already activated and ready for embarkation, the convenience now carries a slightly higher pre-cruise cost.
