Margaritaville At Sea Names Beachcomber For Galveston, Reveals New 2027 Itineraries

Margaritaville at Sea has confirmed that its newest and largest ship, Beachcomber, will begin sailing from Galveston in October 2027, adding four- to seven-night cruises across the Caribbean and Latin America. The cruise line says the newly released program includes Aruba, Curaçao, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Belize, Roatán, Cozumel, Key West, the Bahamas and Veracruz, Mexico — a particularly unusual option from Galveston. Bookings are open now.

Beachcomber, the former Costa Fortuna, will first debut from PortMiami in January 2027 before repositioning to Texas. The ship will also bring more than 15 new onboard experiences, including Same Boat, a live-music venue created with Zac Brown. Cruise Addicts had already reported Galveston’s planned agreement with Margaritaville at Sea; today’s announcement provides the major missing details: the ship, deployment and itinerary lineup.
